I learned how to descalate before behaviour of concern becomes escalated
Course trainers really engaging, friendly and appear to have lots of knowledge and skills about real world application of the training they are providing. The course is really interesting, and very useful for practice. At times however I found it the content a little repetitive. Overall a really good course!

The trainers were both engaged and passionate about the course and the teaching.
The course was amazing. Very well taught, Liam was a very engaging speaker who spoke with purpose and was relatable, he ensured everything he said was understood. Kirsty gave real life scenarios to ensure the teaching was also relatable and helped with the ability to think how to apply this in practice/ every day life.
