Kirstie was a brilliant trainer, I have massively learnt a lot about the way I think I’m my work life and my home life (being a parent to my little boy). Very knowledgeable and would have been honoured if she looked after myself or one of my relatives. Thankyou so much :) x

Kirstie was a fantastic trainer. Very knowledgeable with fun and relevant stories to help the day along.
