The delivery of the course was lovely and the trainers really got people engaged. The content all makes sense in theory but all of the holds assume that you are coming towards a young person from behind which does not reflect reality so it can be difficult to imagine in a real life setting.

Friendly environment, relaxed but formal learning/training. I feel I have learnt the necessary skills to ensure my safety as well as my service users to a high standard.
