Some wouldn't work in a practical setting with certain service users but overall very informative and enjoyable
Course could have contained some stuff about communication and processing time with regards to PBS as I feel like that is overlooked but otherwise really informative and have enjoyed Sherwood courses in the past
Overall the course was good, Ben was very friendly and welcoming. Suggestion would be in the TNA would be to share the gaps in the staffs knowledge demonstrated through their work history. For example a lot of the staff struggling with engagement at primary level, different activities and record keeping. Some areas required more discussion and involvement from the staff. Some staff seemed to coast through some of the knowledge section. Practical was good perhaps more practical during the knowledge section. Overall really positive staff seemed to engage will be good to watch staff and how they put the training into use.
Lyndsey was very informative about the course and new what she was talking about. She made the course interesting and enjoyable.
