Hannah was amazing. Showed all the techniques and explained them really well. If we had any doubts or queries these were immediately resolved. Advised on what we could do to make these techniques of restraint better and more appropriate to the children we will be working with.

This course is relevant in all work places I have learnt new techniques whilst on the course trainers were patient and explained all the relevant information needed in yhe easiest possible way
