Lee your training was very interesting i learnt something new steps of approach

Course was delivered from someone who is knowledgeable, Lee Rafter made the course interesting and he delivered it from a point of someone who knows their stuff very well and questions were answered to their fullest I am very satisfied with how he delivered this course I would recommend him to anyone interested.

Lee Rafter was very patient and really took his time throughout the course. He's such a good trainer and being under his training has helped me learn a lot of things and also helped me with my self esteem.

Lee has been amazing throughout the 3 day course explaining everything in fine detail. Lee is great at explaining real life situations making it very easy to take everything on board. Great man great trainer :)

Today was great I learned some new things and new tips how to put a cross some subjects while training our staff. Both Rachel and Kirsty are very knowledgeable and very approachable. Thank you

Rachael and Kirsty are both lovely and knowledgeable trainers. Rachael’s bubbly bouncy persona compliments Kirsty’s calm countenance perfectly. They both have different teaching styles which were both easy to take in the teaching information. Hope to work with them both in the future.
