The refresher training was extremely helpful, especially recognising I had skill fade and struggling to remember techniques. Thank you Ben for the training refresher today. This course has been beneficial. I hope that more people can be trained in PBS and restraint. I believe more staff on the ward need this training. There needs to be more focus on clinical intervention holding. There needs to be more focus on this in practice.
