I have learnt a lot today about bad habits that I have when it comes to what i used to call bad behaviour however I have learnt that they are just trying to communicate with us
The course was very thought provoking and provided me as a nurse to look at a different perspective. Ben made the session enjoyable. The session is a lot of information but the teaching style allowed me to take in the information in a way I could retain it.
Really enjoyed Bens training session. I felt like I learnt a lot from Ben and it was very interesting. Ben was hilarious too so made the day go fast :)
I thought the course was great. Ben was engaging and kept us interested throughout the day. The course was an eye opener and I will be able to use these skill on a daily basis. Cheers Ben

I found the day really engaging. Our trainer led a very interactive session, ensuring to set boundaries early on. There were some sensitive topics covered, but the shared experience of him understanding what it is like to work with patients and be in a ward environment was something that could be related to, and ensured attention was paid. I thoroughly enjoyed the day, and I'm looking forward to Day 2!
Enjoyed this course and feel I can apply it into practice and make some changes. I think its made me look at myself and how I interact with others and how my own attitudes and behaviours can influence others. I am a convert into asking "what's wrong?". Thank you for an interesting and thought provoking session.
