The course made me realised the importance of PBS in the care of my patients. Ben and Jack are excellent presenter and very knowledgeable about topics and made the session interactive and fun

The PBS training was very educative and trainer explained very well using different examples and experiences.

Scott was great at instructing the lesson today, giving clear instructions and examples throughout the day, was great to have a refresher especially as in the home I work, Physical intervention is not a common occurrence, thankyou Scott.
Interactive and informative training session, Scott delivered the training in a manor which was easy to follow and understand.
