Sadly, the trainer haven't done my previous PBS training because now I understand PBS and I'm in care sector for nearly 20 years. Only the workbooks could change a little bit but this can be sorted quickly and haven't had a massive influence of the quality. Some more space to write notes down and maybe some more info in the workbook which was shown to us via projector. But the training and trainer... absolutely great! Amazing!Response : Hi Manuela. The session was interactive which made the learning process much easier. Tutor was amazing, simplified words and used examples to ensure we grabbed the right knowledge and understanding. Level 3 course attended. A great 3rd day and every RPI was demonstrated and explained in great detail and all answers were answered brilliantly.

Really well delivered..maybe could have invited more participation and discussion in the morning sessions. Jamie is so energetic in his delivery that it can get a bit exhausting. Using the group more might enable him to ease off a bit
