Harli was an excellent trainer who explained everything clearly and enabled everyone to feel relaxed so that as a group we were proactive and everyone contributed to the discussions and practicals. It was really helpful and I also feel that it was a positive staff team building experience. Harli was patient, kind and put everyone at ease.
