The trainer made the learning so easy to understand. It was really engaging and impactful class, and ii can genuinely say am very confident to use the skills.
Really information course. Learnt lots of new skills and now feel more confident in supporting and de escalating patients on the ward if needed and feel more comfortable in being able to protect myself and safely securing.
