Very informative course, that was tailored to our individual learning styles. Whilst the course is very full on in terms of learning, the trainers provided time to practise and discuss the information learned.

The training delivered Lee came across very professional but also made it personal which reached out to me on a best level possible due to the course it was. He explained everything to the best he could where I didn’t even feel the need to ask further questions as it was demonstrated perfectly. He made me feel confident during and after the course. Dea is a fantastic trainer! She made the course; engaging, informative and interesting. We were given lots of opportunities to ask questions and share examples which really added to the learning experience. When it came to the practical parts, Dea was patient and gave no judgement to those who needed further guidance.
