The course is really educative and the trainer have provided us with all the neccesary information we needed to carry out our daily duties and how to approach the situation.

Trainers had great energy and kept everyone engaged. Great training session and not what I was expecting at all. Some of the information I knew and was more in-depth but I also learnt about restraints, mirroring body language. About escalation and how to bring the patient back down again. Thank you
