The study was truly valuable, and the trainer was incredibly engaging. I've gained a lot of knowledge today that I can happily apply to my daily work, helping me better understand my patients and reflect on my practice. I also realised the importance of recording documentation with evidence, like including precise facts to support my notes.

Outstanding trainer and ensured everyone’s needs were met. I now have a great understanding of the level 3 safe holds and how this can be used in a real life situation if needed.
