The PBS programme was very informative and something that will help not only in my current job role but also in every day life. Jack was really approachable and actually gave me advice on some challenging behaviours my own child has and explained what they were and how they may present.

Very good delivery, was thoroughly interesting throughout. Only issue was about organisation of the course. Arrived and parked onlt for recprion to state could not park in the car park.
