I was quite nervous of doing this refresher as thought I wouldn't remember much from the last one. ( John also taught this). Was suprised at how much I did remember and John made me feel very much at ease which meant I was less nervous. I thoroughly enjoyed the course.Response : That’s fantastic to hear! It’s completely natural to feel a bit nervous before a refresher, but it’s great that you were able to recall more than expected. John clearly created a supportive learning environment, and it’s wonderful that his approach helped ease your nerves. Alan is an excellent trainer who thoroughly explained the risks and ensured we were all fit and ready for the training.
