Very insightful

Very helpful to refresh skills, especially on RPIs we don’t use very often

I found the course to be incredibly informative and excellently delivered. I gained skills which will enable me to use them confidently and safety in my role. Many thanks to both Ben and Kirstie!

I think the delivery date of the course would have been better at the start of term when people are more refreshed. However, having said that it was actually a really useful and interesting day. It was helpful to revisit the mechanics of the holds where we had the opportunity to practice those moves under guidance and supervision. With regards to the theory ( prevention prior to escalation ) we had some really useful and fruitful discussions which which will help support better practice. Linda Tyler was a great trainer and fostered a productive environment where we all worked well together as a team.

Really informative and helpful and I do think it will be implanted well within my work place Lee was very passionate about PBS which really helped with the understanding and kept the training more engaging
