I'm a person who hates training but for some reason and I don't now why but they made it enjoyable and informational Pay rise needed

Liam was very engaging and flexible to our questions. We had lots of opportunities to discuss the content and how it related to our guests.

The course has connected instinctive personal centred care to research and theories and science. This has allowed me to learn more vocabulary, strategies and understanding where people are in there arousal model.
