Kirstie has been brilliant. She was very patient with us if we needed a re- demonstration or struggled with a technique. I love these sessions and looking forward to the next refresher in a year’s time.

Very good two day training course, feel i have learnt from others aswell as the trainer. Very well thought out with time to process the learning and take it on board.Kirsty is very patient and does not leave anyone behind or unsure of themselves. Comfortable venue and has everything a long training day needs in place. Enjoyed it more than i thought i would.
The course was very interesting and Kirsty is a fantastic teacher. I can totally see how I can put this into practice

I have really enjoyed the refresher course..I have noticed that a lot we have learnt on previous courses are being used in the department …which is reassuring from a manager point of view…so thank you
