I really enjoyed the course - Liam did a fantastic job of helping us understand the different behaviors and how to deescalate situations. The content was delivered in an excellent way. Both trainers were sensitive with the information on the PowerPoint. They were enthusiastic and helped me learn a lot. At the beginning I was very nervous and now I feel very confident.
