I felt the course was not as I first anticipated it was very open minding and allowed other to engage and bounce of each other which made the course very enjoyable and very knowledgeable I have gained a lot on information of today my trainer Ben did a great job made everyone feel comfortable and want to engage
Allan was Excellent in making me feel confident enough to do the training course to the best of my ability he taught me New skill that I've not come across in my job, he went into great detail and making sure I knew and understand what I was doing the course was very useful and interesting. I found the course very informative and it was given to us really well and in a way that we all understood
Good training, very informative, but a lot of reading and listening in the first day. Could do with a few more activities to break it up
