This course has highlighted some issues that I will need to put forth to my company about the safety of a new technique my company has introduced. Ben has always been incredible at demonstrating RPI in real life scenarios. Ben ensures staff are confident in RPI and if they're not will go over the RPI's until they are.

It was a great course. I learnt alot. It was a great refresher on the bespoke skills.

The training was really good for me to refresh my skills and techniques. I was impressed with the feedback given all the way through out to keep me safe and the technique fine tuned. I had a question and I was shown the answer so happy he spent time to go through it again. Positive energy and didn’t feel put down if I didn’t get it right when we first started off. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to do the training.
