I thoroughly enjoyed the associate trainer course. I gained so much knowledge and understanding from being able to freely discuss and engage with the trainers and the other participants. I feel more confident in the structuring and delivery of both the theory and practical sessions.

Learnt real skills in delivery of the course.The trainers were very supportive and answered all quastions with practical answers i will use in the setvice Found the course relevant and will be using the skill straight away with onboarding and adapting our service
Very informative and very well delivered.
The trainer was really knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions, particularly about scenarios on whether to use a 2 person hold or a small person hold.

The course was good and informative and realistic. The trainer let us discuss scenarios. They were happy to run through things we did not understand or needed a refresher.
