AI summary of reviews

Consistently knowledgeable, patient and engaging trainers are the provider’s clearest strength, making complex theory accessible through humour, real-life examples, discussion and hands-on practice. Attendees value the safe, supportive atmosphere, clear explanations, thoughtful adaptations and opportunities to ask questions and repeat techniques until confident. Courses are generally well structured and paced, with useful breaks, and learning transfers directly to workplace practice and everyday situations; a few attendees find some sessions longer or more repetitive than necessary.

Jack had great knowledge, enthusiasm, and ability to explain concepts clearly made the session highly engaging and meaningful. Jack created a safe and supportive learning environment where everyone felt comfortable to ask questions. The real-life examples, practical strategies, and interactive activities helped bring PBS principles to life and made them easy to know how to apply in day-to-day practice. This has increased my knowledge and understanding of diversion skills as well as the physical aspects such as breakaway and self protect skills. Thank you so much!

This training will be useful as I work with patients with brain injuries, stroke, dementia and mental health conditions in community and sometimes we we walk into situations which we were unable to predict and hence it will be very useful
