Kirsty was fantastic and very patient, I feel a lot more confident in using breakaway techniques and learnt a lot more about retraints and when to use them and how to use them more efficiently

I really enjoyed the course and would definitely have been able to use the breakaway techniques in previous work experiences, if I'd had the training. Liam was very open and friendly, he kept us engaged throughout the day. It was great that he gave active feedback and corrected us as we went along during the practical session.

This was an excellent and amazing course with lots of interesting information and topics which is very essential to apply in the practice. Liam was very thorough with all the course content and knowledgeable.
