Course was brilliant. It has taught me how to start conversations with those who have behaviours of concern and how to start to build a therapeutic relationships.

Ben was fantastic and I have really gained knowledge from today. I can’t wait to use these new skills in my future practice. ALL CYP deserve the best care and having a better understanding of positive behaviour support will enable me to deliver this!
