Very informative an updated, Liam was very active and kept me engaged.

I found Liam to be well prepared with the course content. He had all his material prepared well and simple to understand. I also found him to be open with his personal experiences which made him very well received. He was also patient and respectful of views opposing to his own.

Lee is a very good trainer.

Would have appreciated more physical practice than slides. Slides were a repeat and not as useful.

One star less because some of the content on the slideshows was different to the booklet provided, which made it difficult to follow sometimes. However the actual content was useful and educational.

A fun training course and trainer helped out with difficult situations linked to work
