Jamie and Nigel’s training over the last couple of days really allowed me to understand the importance and how to carry out safe usage of RPI. I particularly found Jamie’s prompts in relation to engaging with us on certain topics, and giving us time to discuss each slide in detail really let me learn more than I had imagined I would. Ben was very knowledgeable and was able to give more examples using real life examples, allowing me to then further read and find more information from this. Tracy and Ben was both very engaging.
I really enjoyed the course, I have learnt a lot about PBS and I am also now very confident if I do have to use restraints (hopefully I won’t have to though)
