I really enjoyed learning from Ben. He taught well and made the training interesting and engaging.
Ben was very informative, and made sure we was all aware and understood before carrying on the next stage. I really enjoyed the pbs training as I was kept engaged and interacted with throughout the training.

Really enjoyed the course, very informative and interactive. Ben made us all feel relaxed and comfortable with each other. I feel more comfortable with dealing with behaviours of concerns. I do not feel this course is appropriate for online- needs to be face-to-face more interactive and promotes people to join in. Looking forward to day 2!
The course was informative, engaging, and highly relevant to my role. Not appropriate for online as it would be missing the engaging/ interactive element I gained a better understanding of behaviour as communication and how to respond proactively. The training reinforced the importance of early intervention and person-centred support. Clear, well-structured content with practical examples I can apply immediately
It was a very interesting and needed course for me given the nature of my job. The teacher was very good using examples to drive home the lesson.
