Excellent delivery, thoroughly insightful and enjoyable course that has allowed me to learn and refresh a skillset to use efficiently and safely in my workplace. Jack was very knowledgeable and had loads of experience which was great. He focused on topics that forced us to question the validity of physical interventions throughout the theory portion of the training. The physical aspect of the training was also really well presented. My only criticism was I would have liked a little more group work and activity during the theory.
Good trainer, interactive and inclusion. The breakaway techniques with practical training by simplifying it to barest minimum With repeated practical with everyone.
