Detailed instructor with immense depth. Learnt new adaptations that would help me contain physical aggression at work. Above a cheerful guy with pockets of jokes sprinkled here and there to create a balanced learning environment. Had an amazing time!
-The course was very good and explicit. -The trainer Jack, was so good and very patient, he made sure we all gained knowledge and understand PBS. -The content of the material was self explanatory , simple words used to help me comprehend.
