Was very good learned new things and I always judge a course by what I have learned and I will use this in my work and that's high praise for any course I attend

Lee was a great trainer, I felt comfortable and less anxious like I usually do in these situations, he made everyone feel welcome and included.Learnt a lot about PBS from Lee.

Liam is engaging and elaborate in his teachings

Brilliant course. Materials and subject matter was great but Liam (the trainer) made it really accessible and engaging. Was amazing to see how he related to our lived experience and tied in his own experiences too. I've learnt alot just from his delivery for my own role so thanks to him!
