This course was worth attending. I learned alot today. The facilitator was very knowledgeable and made it very easy to understand and relate. Very engaging and no dull moments.

Ben was an excellent teacher, he definitely made the course fun and very interactive. Everyone engaged and it made the session memorable. It has definitely changed my mentality of looking deeper into why people act and behave in certain ways rather than assuming or labelling them as challenging. The arousal model was very well taught (if just taught from a slide I do not think that the information would have sunk in). I believe this will help me to not only support others but myself in recognising triggers and cues. The session definitely aiding in multiple learning styles for all to learn.
