Jamie delivered an excellent first aid training session. The course was well-structured, engaging, and easy to follow throughout. Jamie explained each topic clearly and used real-life examples to help reinforce understanding, which made the content more relatable and memorable. Their friendly and approachable teaching style created a comfortable learning environment, encouraging questions and participation from everyone. The practical demonstrations were particularly helpful and gave me confidence in applying the skills in real-life situations. The course is good but I do feel like it repeats its self alot. Shine training should be kept with shine and kept to the minimum with this training i feel this course could be completed in a day . Jonh was very good as an instructor
