Course exceed my expectations and Kirstie delivered it in an engaging and interactive manner. There are aspects I have taken away from today I would incorporate into my home life and work life to enable a more positive experience.

Jack was an excellent trainer. He delivered the course in a highly engaging and interactive way, making the learning experience enjoyable and impactful. It didn’t feel like a typical classroom setting, and I gained a lot from it as did my peers.
