Excellent training from Ben on how to observe and look for cues you don't normal see like the red cars, to ensure people we support are given the best quality of life and we are all safe, really enjoyed the training and look forward to using the skills we spoke about to have more positive days with the guests we support.

Very good training course. Instructor relaxed and full of knowledge. Very understanding. Made everything very understandable and clear. Able to talk about Y/Ps. Answered any questions we asked. Definitely want him again.

The course was very good as the trainer knows one of the young people in our home as he also goes to the school that the trainer is a teacher at so we could relate the training to this young person. The training was delivered at a pace we all kept up with and the material is relevant to what we need at the home.

Matt was an exceptional trainer, making us feel at ease. He was able to answer questions easily and competently. It was good to have a trainer with understanding of one of our YP's. Excellent course! Thank you.

Course contents and materials is very informative. Course trainer is very knowledgeable.

I did learn new things on this course and a simplified approach to break away techniques compared to others I have done in the past. Trainer was knowledgeable and enthusiastic throughout and check that I understood any point I needed clarifying.
