The course was brilliant and I learned a lot during this course and I had a lot to take home and it boosted my confidence as a support worker.Ben was very understanding and very patient with his teaching and he made sure we exercised all the tactics and it was very helpful and very informative

Jack was an excellent trainer on the Sherwood PBS course. He shared relevant real-life experiences that helped bring the content to life and made the learning more meaningful. He also created space for us to share our own experiences, which encouraged discussion and made the sessions engaging and interactive. His approach made the material easy to understand and apply in practice.

Jack was very knowledgeable and had loads of experience which was great. He focused on topics that forced us to question the validity of physical interventions throughout the theory portion of the training. The physical aspect of the training was also really well presented. My only criticism was I would have liked a little more group work and activity during the theory.
