AI summary of reviews

Consistently knowledgeable, patient and engaging trainers are the provider’s clearest strength, making complex theory accessible through humour, real-life examples, discussion and hands-on practice. Attendees value the safe, supportive atmosphere, clear explanations, thoughtful adaptations and opportunities to ask questions and repeat techniques until confident. Courses are generally well structured and paced, with useful breaks, and learning transfers directly to workplace practice and everyday situations; a few attendees find some sessions longer or more repetitive than necessary.

Really great training. Was able to take time to discuss what our client needed. And was able to explain in detail how to use holds. Was eye opening and enjoying and hopefully will help us going forward to better understand a better way to support and keep our young person safe. Basically it was great and thank you

Really good training! Jack had extremely relevant knowledge and was able to tailor the training to best support the needs of the young person we work with. Very thorough and clear explanations of the breakaway and hold techniques. Presented the theory side in a way which was engaging to all involved.

A very well delivered training by Jack. He had comprehensive knowledge of all things taught and helpfully applied it to examples and situations that arose. Great charisma with the group and kept it interesting and easy to follow.

A very insightful and useful training that strengthened my knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support, de-escalation techniques, and safe, person-centred care practices.

Well informed and succinct. I feel very ready to de-escalate but also feel prepared for restrictive tertiary in the last resort.
