AI summary of reviews

Consistently knowledgeable, patient and engaging trainers are the provider’s clearest strength, making complex theory accessible through humour, real-life examples, discussion and hands-on practice. Attendees value the safe, supportive atmosphere, clear explanations, thoughtful adaptations and opportunities to ask questions and repeat techniques until confident. Courses are generally well structured and paced, with useful breaks, and learning transfers directly to workplace practice and everyday situations; a few attendees find some sessions longer or more repetitive than necessary.

Great course. Ben made it really engaging. Throughout the course, he made me think about my everyday practice and the types of patients I could help using the PBS model. Will definitely recommend the course and Ben. Thanks so much Ben!

Useful to learn alternative theories on how to engage people with behaviours of concern. Also a good reminder that simple strategies are often the best. Sometimes we get lost with all the things that we have to do as part of an assessment that we forget the basics. This has reminded me to start with the basics when I am working with people who have behaviours of concern

The course was engaging and informative. The trainer was knowledgeable. I've learnt a lot not only to take away into my work place but also in my personal life. This is definitely going to help me understand and provide better care for my patients. I loved the fact that the session was interactive and fun. Thank you

Even though I have done this course several times over the years. I still learn new things for coping strategies and triggers. Liam is knowledgeable and answers all questions we throw at him.
