The course was engaging and informative throughout. The provider explained concepts clearly, used relevant examples, and created an encouraging learning environment. I came away with practical knowledge I can apply in practice.

Ben was an excellent teacher, he definitely made the course fun and very interactive. Everyone engaged and it made the session memorable. It has definitely changed my mentality of looking deeper into why people act and behave in certain ways rather than assuming or labelling them as challenging. The arousal model was very well taught (if just taught from a slide I do not think that the information would have sunk in). I believe this will help me to not only support others but myself in recognising triggers and cues. The session definitely aiding in multiple learning styles for all to learn.
