Course was very informative and the trainer was detailed and thorough. Without a doubt my skills and confidence have increased and I can’t wait to put them into use when needed.

The refresher on break away techniques was really useful as I haven't had to use any since my last training. Due to the training being so recent, the theory side was still reasonably instilled. I have used the PBS approach with both staff and customers and found it really works well. Lee as ever was fantastic in his approach to learning and used real life examples so this helped me to put the learning in real life context.
