Was very pleased with the course and i learned so much georgie was very helpfull and clear
Really good traoning and trainer on how we can manage the behaviours and find out why they are happening rather than just shouting or telling them off. Lots of gpod holds and advice on how to do them so now if i have to do them i would feel 100% confident in putting them into place.
Georgie has been an excellent trainer. I am new to the job and this is the first training I’ve had. She has been fantastic, very thorough, and given all the techniques and information I could need. Thank you Georgie
