AI summary of reviews

Consistently knowledgeable, patient and engaging trainers are the provider’s clearest strength, making complex theory accessible through humour, real-life examples, discussion and hands-on practice. Attendees value the safe, supportive atmosphere, clear explanations, thoughtful adaptations and opportunities to ask questions and repeat techniques until confident. Courses are generally well structured and paced, with useful breaks, and learning transfers directly to workplace practice and everyday situations; a few attendees find some sessions longer or more repetitive than necessary.

Kristie was very informative and I will use what I have learned when in difficult situations out of hours with patients with dementia in theatre settings

Very intresting, have learnt alots of things that i could take onto the ward and help me with patients. I like the stories about patients that help to link the theory and pratice.

I have seen PBS change lives for the better. I am so pleased it is being brought into the every day practice of everyone in the trust. Kirstie did a really good job explaining what it is and why and how it is used to people with all different roles in a way that no matter where they work, they will be able to implement it and create more positive outcomes for patients, families and the staff in our trust.

Kristie touched every aspects of the topic. I particularly enjoyed listening to all of the stories just to explain to us. Even though the topic is bit bulky, she made it easy to understand and carried everyone along. It’s not a waste of time as I really enjoyed the course

Overall enjoyed the training session , the trainer was well prepared and made everyone engaged in her session also the venue was good and also parking near by, but the duration of the course bit longer , it would have more enjoyable if it cut short little bit. Thank you

Having to stay while others refreshed their level 3 skills when some of us only needed up to level 2 was really frustrating. Also very frustrating to know that this will Be the case for all my team members when they attend, effectively losing valuable clinical time.
