Course is very mind blowing and Educative. Our trainer, Lee is such a great teacher, he is very engaging and he breaks down the course in the most simplest and understanding way.

The course was really good and the trainer Lee substance was brilliant

The content was extremely wordy, this could have been simplified somewhat. Also the 'activities' seemed unnecessary at times. Otherwise the information was good and complete.

This course very beneficial and I feel would benefit all bands of nursing not just band 6 and above as band 5 nurses and band 4s deal with this on a daily basis

Ben was an Engaging trainer who was enthusiastic and able to answer questions asked by a headstrong group! Morning was a little repetitive from the first session but understand maybe some people had done the course a while ago. Enjoyed the afternoon of breakaway techniques and learnt alot/enjoyed this section

Good to work through theory again to reiterate what we learnt in first session. Practical session was very useful and real life examples used of when the techniques have worked in the past. Fun and engaging.
