AI summary of reviews

Consistently knowledgeable, patient and engaging trainers are the provider’s clearest strength, making complex theory accessible through humour, real-life examples, discussion and hands-on practice. Attendees value the safe, supportive atmosphere, clear explanations, thoughtful adaptations and opportunities to ask questions and repeat techniques until confident. Courses are generally well structured and paced, with useful breaks, and learning transfers directly to workplace practice and everyday situations; a few attendees find some sessions longer or more repetitive than necessary.

The course was engaging and informative. The trainer was knowledgeable. I've learnt a lot not only to take away into my work place but also in my personal life. This is definitely going to help me understand and provide better care for my patients. I loved the fact that the session was interactive and fun. Thank you

Even though I have done this course several times over the years. I still learn new things for coping strategies and triggers. Liam is knowledgeable and answers all questions we throw at him.

With a mix of experienced and less experienced staff we were able to highlight experiences with some of the people we support which will benefit those newcomers. Bani, with the experience he has had in numerous job roles within the charity was able field all questions from staff with ease. I have the confidence now to be able to design a new form for a person I support which can be used to record Cues ONLY, with another one specifically for Behaviours This will be an invaluable tool to use in conjunction with other recording paperwork. I particularly enjoying covering cognitive biases which will make me more aware when decision making in the future. Hence the 5 stars!!
