This course has been very informative and really opened my eyes up more to how behaviour is a form of communication. Learning how to use desecration techniques in a way that is trauma informed has been really informative and really engaging

I had a really good 3 days with Ben then Tracy on day 3 it was a refresher for me and I feel I have got more out of this course then I did my first time doing it

Great course loved the focus on strategies to prevent and restraint been the last resort. I wish all teachers had this as part of their teacher training, would make a massive difference to the education system

He also has years of experience in the subject. The actual course material was very good quality and will no doubt be very valuable to me in my future work with horizon.

This course has been very beneficial to expand my knowledge and also how to approach the children in a more appropriate way.
