Ben was very informative and engaging. He made me feel comfortable and welcoming. I learned a lot about de-escalation protocols and how to understand the deeper meanings of why people behave/act in a certain way. The course content was well-structured and easy to follow, with real-life examples that helped to reinforce key concepts.
