Jamie delivered an excellent first aid training session. The course was well-structured, engaging, and easy to follow throughout. Jamie explained each topic clearly and used real-life examples to help reinforce understanding, which made the content more relatable and memorable. Their friendly and approachable teaching style created a comfortable learning environment, encouraging questions and participation from everyone. The practical demonstrations were particularly helpful and gave me confidence in applying the skills in real-life situations. Overall, Jamie is a knowledgeable and effective trainer who made the session both informative and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this training to others.

The course is good but I do feel like it repeats its self alot. Shine training should be kept with shine and kept to the minimum with this training i feel this course could be completed in a day . Jonh was very good as an instructor
I think that the course was very informative. This is my second year returning on refreshers the Trainer was good at taking on open discussion and peoples points of view on delivery. Nice welcoming environment.
