Ben is a very talented presenter, who knows how to engage well with people aka the audience. Personally, you can see that Ben is extremely passionate for the subject and this clearly shows and projects well onto those listening. It was a really enjoyable training session. I would recommend it to others if they had the opportunity to attend also. Content wise, it was positively thorough and really urges you to think about how we are all human, and how to try and understand people and their emotions. I will definitely be utilising my booklet to educate others too. Thank you so much to Ben. It was extremely easy to be here and listen :)
Very good course. Felt I have learned more about challenging behaviours and how I can manage it with my own practice. Liam was very good and engaging throughout the day.
