All ok, very clear delivery

The course is educative, with proper steps starting from the Arousal model to the health and safety and non restrictive reactive strategies to restrictive reactive strategies. The trainer was well organized.

Really enjoyed my training, very educational and kept me intrigued. I have gained more of an understanding of safeguarding and the true definition of a behaviour. Really good.
