This is the third time now and found the morning session a bit samey. Change the case study maybe.Response : Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your suggestion about refreshing the case study and will pass this on to the trainers so future sessions feel more varied.

Brilliant course really enjoyed it and learnt alot about tactics and supportive strategies to support people with challenging needs to ensure that they receive the best possible care and support.
