A fantastic 2 day course

Lee is a good trainer, he took his time to explain and gave very good examples, using real life scenarios and he also made sure there was a one on one assessment for every thing that was taught. The class was very insightful.

Absolutely loved the course, found it interesting and definitely useable in my role as a support worker. Lee has got a gift for training. He is very relatable and down to earth. This was a very helpful informative course. The trainer mixed the course up with discussions around the topic, practical and slides so it wasn’t to repetitive. I found this to be very helpful for my learning style
