Lee provided detailed, relevant and engaging content, supported by his own anecdotal expertise and the seminal theories. He considered the differing learning needs of the different participants and made sure everyone was confident at each stage before proceeding.

Really great PBS training! Liam knew his subject and delivered it with enthusiasm, passion and skill. Liam, appeared sensitive towards individuals in the group, which did help put me at ease and enabled me to engage fully with the course material.
