Great course, the trainer made sure to keep the course participants engaged throughout and made sure everyone understood the information presented. The skills can be easily applied on real life situations.

Enjoyed this session and found it very useful, Ben was very engaging and told stories throughout which helped to make the content real and understand how the learning can be applied in real life situations. My main takeaway was that saying to ‘stop something’ is ineffective and the power of the words that you use.

Ben was a fantastic trainer. He was thorough and compassionate while clearly and concisely leading us through the theory and then the practical techniques. Really informative changed the way I have seen things as the last course I was on was over 10 years ago ,was a bit worried at first but Ben made us feel so at ease and talked us through the training thoroughly very funny too thank you 😊

PbS training was excellent and also learn how to use antecedent manipulation when working with the service user.

Training was useful and trainer was knowledgeable. I learnt about restraint, breakaway technique and all the Tertiary techniques (restrictive and non-restrictive)
