Jack Lucas-Knight was a great facilitator. He was very enthusiastic and engaging. He was able to give excellent examples and it was evident that he knew his topic. It was a really good course with very knowledgeable trainers. Both trainers made the learning fun and worked really well as a team. It is refreshing to have trainers who have both knowledge and experience of our customers and can relate to your work environment.
