Becky is a very good trainer and very passionate. She made me understand all my roles properly as a support worker.

Training was fun and very informative. The trainer had excellent knowledge and made I sure I felt very comfortable with all the techniques.

Natalie was a perfect Trainer, she was very open and easy to talk to. Natalie refreshed me on all the breakaway techniques and helped staff and myself with any issues or questions we had.
