Class was so engaging and Ben did really well.I learned a lt how to manage the patients and always ask why before approaching a agitated person that will help me to de escalate the situation.Really pleased with this class and very hopeful that I can use these statergies in my work place.

Liam was super engaging and made it a walk in the park. Ben made this sections very interesting . It has greatly influenced my understanding of people's baseline and how we can support rather then put restrictive measures as first choice.

The course was very interesting. Ben was fun and engaging and got the best out of all the attendees. I learnt a lot today about how to interact with patients considered as challenging, and I can't wait to put this into practice. This course would not be anywhere near as good if it was just online
